Join our movement and start a Happen Makers group in your school, community, state, or country. New charters must have at least 10 members to begin and the elected officers of president, vice-president, secretary/treasurer, and assistant secretary/treasurer. If the group is comprised of mostly teens and youth, the new group must include a senior advisor. The new charter application fee is $100 USD.
